Wait until you see what's in store!  I'm working on my "FIERCE~IN~15" workout series.  Each video will feature a different, "fierce" workout that you can complete in only 15 minutes! 

PLEASE READ: Before you get started with one of my workouts, I highly recommend taking 3 minutes to warm your body up.  Here is a simple warm up suggestion:

1 minute march
1 minute jog in place
1 minute jumping jacks

FIERCE~IN~15 Hotel Room HIIT

 Can be done in a hotel room, or anywhere that you have a few square feet of space to work out in!


HIIT circuit #1
1 minute high knees
1 minute squat jumps
1 minute skaters
1 minute burpees
1 minute RECOVER (march in place)

HIIT circuit #2
1 minute knee ups (most hotel rooms have a chair with an ottoman!)
1 minute pliƩ squat jumps
1 minute plank jacks
1 minute jumping lunges
1 minute RECOVER (march in place)

HIIT circuit #3
1 minute high knees
1 minute knee ups
1 minute mountain climbers
1 minute rockstar jumps
1 minute RECOVER (march in place)

You’re done!  Make sure to stretch after!
